Current Responsibilites

Harrison is a member of one of the largest advisory teams in commercial real estate, consisting of 17 brokers who completed over 10 million square feet of leasing transactions in 2019. He has advised companies and organizations across a variety of industries on their occupancy needs, specializing in creating thoughtful strategies and structuring sophisticated, financially advantageous transactions. His responsibilities include market analysis, options development, strategic planning, relationship management, and negotiation for clients in New York and across the country.  Harrison also devotes a portion of his practice to landlord representation, using his understanding of tenants and the marketplace to create leasing strategies for some of New York’s most prominent landlords. His assignments include 99 Park Avenue, 579 Fifth Avenue and 1200 Avenue of the Americas. 

Experience

Before joining JLL, Harrison was affiliated with Eastern Consolidated and Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, working with landlords and tenants in the sale and leasing of property, as well as consulting with governments and municipalities on economic development. Prior to his career in real estate, Harrison held several strategic partnership and growth roles with a new media venture. 

Education and Affiliations

Harrison earned a Bachelor’s degree in government from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, where he served as captain of the men’s varsity rowing team. He sits on the board of the Friends of Hamilton Rowing alumni association and is actively involved with several non-profits. Harrison is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York.
