Harris McCullough serves as Associate Broker for Retail Advisory at JLL’s Nashville office. Harris works with both the agency leasing team as well as the tenant representation team on a diverse portfolio, assisting national clients with market strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, and deal execution. Harris holds her Tennessee and Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License.
Prior to joining JLL, she worked with Retail Strategies in Birmingham, AL for three years, assisting client communities and real estate professionals across the Southeast aiding with retail development and recruitment. During that time, she also worked in property management and executed multiple deals through her landlord relationships.
She was named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s “NextGen Real Estate and Construction” in 2022. She is also an active member of ICSC. Harris was selected to be a “2023 Visionary of the Year” for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society where she led a 10-week campaign to raise money for this organization. She was involved in various nonprofit organizations in Birmingham and is looking forward to finding more to get involved with in Nashville.
