Current Responsibilities:
Gretchen is JLL’s Senior Associate Retail Brokerage for the Richmond Market. She is responsible for tenant and landlord representation, as well as retail consulting. Gretchen has strong knowledge of Specialty Leasing, Property Management, Retail Management, and Visual Marketing. Due to her vast experience, Gretchen has developed and maintains strong retailer and landlord relationships.
Experience:
Gretchen has over 20 years of retail and real estate experience including 15 years of experience in managing national customer-facing retail and 7 years working with both landlords and tenants in the Richmond market. In addition to front-line retail experience, her core competencies include strategic marketing, market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiations, and executing retail leasing transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, while working in the coordination, promotion, and operation of premier retail properties in Central Virginia, Gretchen brokered deals with tenants that include Virginia ABC, Kinis, and Edible Education.
Education and Affiliations:
Gretchen’s educational experience includes Bachelor of Arts at the College of William and Mary. She is a member of CREW and holds a real estate license in Virginia.
