Career summary
Greg is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he leads the Debt and Equity practice. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity for institutional commercial real estate owners located on the West Coast. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in multi-housing, retail, office, and industrial transactions.
Since 2011, Greg has been closely involved in more than $9 billion in transactions at HFF/JLL. Before that, he spent six years with Wells Fargo Bank, where he began as a commercial real estate financial analyst in the Irvine, California, office. Greg completed the formal advanced training program for relationship managers (Credit Management Training Program) in 2008 and became a relationship manager, where he was responsible for a portfolio composed of senior and mezzanine bridge loans. He then spent two years as a loan adjustor in the Real Estate Managed Asset Group (“REMAG”), where he was responsible for resolution of problem wholesale commercial real estate loans for Wells Fargo. Greg holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona. He has also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California and University of California, Irvine covering Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets. Greg has been actively involved with the John Wayne Cancer Foundation and lives in Costa Mesa with his wife and three children.
