Current Responsibilities
Greg Lewis joined JLL in 2019 to lead their San Diego Industrial Group. With over 19 years of brokerage experience throughout San Diego County, and as his “Wizard of Warehouse” moniker suggests, Greg is an expert in all things Industrial including:
- Large Scale Product: Assignments > 20k SF
- Leasing: Insititutional Landlord & Corporate Occupier Representation
- Sales: Owner User & Investment Properties
- Land: Spec Development & Build-to-Suits
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Greg was a First Vice President with CBRE. His brokerage career began in 2002 as an Industrial Landlord and Tenant Specialist with Burnham Real Estate which was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield.
Personal Life
Greg and his wife Beth live in Del Mar where he is a proud and devoted #Girl Dad. In his personal life Greg enjoys traveling including annual trips to Kauai and Lake Tahoe, golfing (rather poorly), playing ice hockey, and an occasional craft beer
