Current responsibilities
George Kotrogiannis is a Senior Managing Director of JLL's Markets Work Dynamics division and has been providing tenant-focused commercial real estate services to both local and national clients for over 16 years. 

George’s diligence has helped some of the country’s largest companies achieve their real estate objectives, saving them millions of dollars in occupancy costs. In addition to his vast range of transaction experience, George serves as an account director or single point of contact for a number of key JLL clients and specializes in corporate real estate strategy and portfolio management. 

Whether guiding an entire real estate portfolio or a single transaction, George is recognized for the creative approach, aggressive strategy and attention to detail he uses to deliver results to his clients. 

George is a trusted advisor to major firms including AT&T, Rockwell Collins, CSX, Empire Home Services, INX International and Oldcastle, Inc., among others. George’s global experience equates to more than 1,800 transactions representing over $3.1 billion in transaction value.

Prior to joining JLL, George served 8 years at Equis Corporation providing tenant-focused commercial real estate services to a number of the nation’s Fortune 500 firms and received the firms prestigious Spencer Sullivan Award for outstanding performance. 

In 2008, George received the JLL Club Award honoring a select group of top performers in the firm globally and a finalist for Chicago’s NAIOP - Downtown Office Transaction of the Year award for his key role in the 200,000 SF AT&T lease restructure.

Additionally, George has been recognized by Real Estate Chicago as its youngest “Top 40 under 40” member, recognizing him as one of the region’s top commercial real estate professional.
