Geoff is a Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate in the New York metropolitan area. He is primarily responsible for debt and equity advisory transactions, and has been involved with $14.7 billion in deal volume since joining HFF in May of 2015.
Before joining HFF, he was a Vice President at Helaba Bank, where he was responsible for originating and underwriting more than $4 billion of commercial real estate loans as part of a four-person team. Prior to attending graduate school at Columbia University, Geoff began his career teaching middle school social studies with Teach for America in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. He also sits on the board of Arbor Brothers, Inc., a New York City-based philanthropic foundation.
