Gabriel Mendez specializes in advising multinational and local companies with their real estate requirements throughout Puerto Rico. As a licensed PR real estate broker, Mr. Mendez supports the Transaction Advisor Team for some of the country’s preeminent retail, office, and industrial companies. In his role, he also facilitates site acquisition and disposition for multinational retailers.
Prior to JLL, Mr. Mendez spent over twelve years of combined experience in property valuations in the government and private sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamon and MBA in Finance from Universidad Metropolitana (SUAGM). Mr. Mendez is a PR Licensed Real Estate Appraiser since 2006 and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 2015.
