Fred Ragsdale is a member of JLL’s Dallas Industrial Services group. In his role, he develops new business, conducts market research, negotiates leases and sales, implements strategic marketing initiatives, and performs financial analyses. Fred focuses his efforts primarily on the industrial footprint surrounding the northeast area of DFW International Airport and Collin County.
Fred combines his experience in corporate finance with several Fortune 500 companies and industrial commercial real estate to deliver quantifiable value to his client relationships. Prior joining JLL, Fred worked with Bank of America and Neiman Marcus, supporting their finance and accounting operations. He began his real estate career with Wingert Real Estate before joining CBRE in eastern Pennsylvania.
Education and affiliations
Fred received a Master’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor’s degree from Alabama State University. He is active in several industry professional groups including the Council of Supply Chain Management, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). His volunteer experience includes Family Gateway,
Big Brothers Big Sisters and Texas Health Presbyterian.
