Frank joined JLL in 2009 as an Executive Vice President specializing in Industrial and brings over 25 years of real estate experience to the industrial group. He’s responsible for growing the company’s Industrial capabilities through his diverse experience and knowledge of the real estate market. Through his involvement in the Supply Chain & Logistic Committee, Frank’s clients have realized the superior advantage of global exposure with local expertise.  JLL’s unique platform has allowed Frank to design and implement strategies to help his clients save time, save money and mitigate risk. Over the last 5-years, as part of solidified team, Frank has closed over 164 transactions totaling over 21 million square feet in North America.

Frank was a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis prior to joining JLL. His responsibilities included working with buyers and sellers of real estate, in an advisory role evaluating property for developers with acquisition and disposition, landlord and tenant representation, as well as vacant land both nationally and locally within the Chicago submarkets.
