Current Responsibilities

As a longtime Houstonian, Evelyn has always been intrigued by Houston’s diverse and dynamic commercial real estate landscape. This curiosity has enabled Evelyn to be creative with her clients. Through collaboration with her tenured, knowledgeable teammates she provides her clients innovative solutions. Her responsibilities include new business development, client management, property marketing, due diligence review and market analysis. Driven by her motivation to educate, Evelyn guides and informs her clients throughout the real estate process to ensure they make the most informed business decision.


Before joining JLL in 2018, Evelyn was a Teach for America Corps Member, where she partnered with non-profits to provide educational resources and support to elementary students and their families while participating in the launch of the Renaissance West STEAM Academy. While in college, she was active in several leadership organizations where she negotiated, budgeted and organized professional events with community partners.
