Ethan Milley is an International Director and Senior Executive with JLL’s Project & Development Services group in the Eastern United States. He is responsible for all Project & Development Services across 9 markets in the East Region. With 30 years of experience in real estate and development, Ethan has proven experience in providing project strategy, programming and procurement methods for domestic and internationally based clients. He is also a member of the JLL’s Project & Development Services Global Board.

Ethan has more than 20 years of experience in architecture, engineering, building systems analysis and construction, and brings invaluable expertise in logistics and construction management, budgeting and estimating, and overall scheduling control. He has managed the design and construction of tenant build-outs, base building developments and major building renovations for a broad range of corporate clients including Convergys Corporation Headquarters, The Fannie Mae Foundation, Turner Properties, The Corporate Executive Board, Willis Corporation and Fiserv.
His more recent projects include Stone Bridge I, II and III, and Oakview III for JP Morgan in North Fulton, GA; the Renzo Piano designed expansion of the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, GA; and the renovation and addition of the Brown-Forman building in downtown Louisville, KY designed by Robert Stern.
Education:
Ethan earned a bachelors degree in American studies from Allegheny College.
