Current Responsibilities
Mr. Lund serves as an associate focused extensively on landlord representation for industrial properties. He has a large range of real estate experiences, including acquisitions, dispositions, and project leasing, which offers clients the expertise necessary for success.
Experience
Mr. Lund currently works on the exclusive representation of over three million square feet of industrial product. As a part of these assignments, Mr. Lund actively assists with all aspects of the transaction process including marketing, property tours, tenant improvement scope definition, lease negotiation, and occupancy transition.
The ability to negotiate annual rental rate increases on behalf of Landlords has been a signature for the leasing team. Since 2007, Mr. Lund has been involved with over 300 transactions for an institutional portfolio owner which have averaged an annual rate increase rate of over 2.35%.
Select Landlord clients include Commonwealth REIT, RREEF, Bentall Kennedy, GE Real Estate, and Clarion Partners.
