Current responsibilities:
Eric is a Vice President with JLL Project and Development Services, where he leads the team focused on hotel and hospitality projects in the New York metropolitan area.
Currently, Eric is managing over $150 million in capital improvements at the St. Regis NY, The Plaza Hotel, and the Conrad New York. The scope of these projects includes improvements to over 900 hotel guest rooms, banquet/meeting/training facilities, public area amenities, food and beverage outlets, and envelope restoration and replacement. He is responsible for leading project design and construction teams and the overall management of the processes relating to the planning, completion and financial outcome of projects.
Experience:
Eric’s experience over the last 20 years includes project types such as historic preservation, high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family residential, private membership airport club and lounges, resort and retail across the United States, Caribbean and Latin America. These projects included boutique and luxury hotels, such as New York’s Ace Hotel; Miami Beach, Florida’s Delano and Shore Club hotels; and Fort Lauderdale, Florida’s W Hotel & Residences and Hotel Indigo.
Throughout his career, Eric has worked closely with major hotel brands, such as Hyatt, Hotel Indigo, Intercontinental, Marriott, Morgans Hotel Group, Hilton, Club Med, Sandals Resorts and W Hotels on new construction, brand conversion and renovation projects, as well as regional offices for Lyft in New York City, Club Med and Morgans Hotel Group in Miami. His other known brand projects include the rollout of United Airlines’ passenger club and lounge program at Newark Liberty International Airport and automotive dealerships and showrooms for Audi, VW, Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover.
Select projects include:
- Conrad New York, New York, NY: Senior project manager in charge of planned $20M renovation to 463 suites, corridors and select public areas and a $10M lighting upgrade and finishes renovation to their 40K SF Banquet and Conference Center.
- St. Regis New York: Team lead for the planned $100M renovation to guestrooms, public areas, kitchens and the addition of a new signature spa with pool and fitness center
- The Plaza, New York, NY: Team lead for the restoration of the landmarked façade, planning of interior renovation activities, and liaison to the JLL Asset Management team.

Eric’s roles as architect, project manager, construction administrator and owner’s representative in building development and production have resulted in the successful completion of many high-profile projects and long-term relationships with clients. His keen attention to detail contributes to every phase of a project, from concept to completion.
Prior to joining JLL, Eric was a Senior Project Manager with GFI Development in New York City. Previously, he was an Associate with Adache Group Architects and a Project Manager at Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, both prominent architecture and design firms in South Florida.
Education and affiliations:
Eric earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami (Florida) School of Architecture with a minor in business administration. He is a Registered Architect, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), NEWH, and the New York Building Congress where he sits on 2 committees.
