Current Responsibilities
Elias Lindenberg is an Executive Vice President on JLL's International Desk and in 2018, relocated to the Silicon Valley to co-lead the West Region of the US.
He has fourteen years of experience in the international commercial real estate industry in both Tenant Representation and Work Dynamics. He spends the majority of his time acting as a conduit between the US brokerage business and their colleagues around the globe. By leveraging the team's depth and breadth of expatriate experience, the iDesk provides global oversight by implementing a host of best practices on international projects. They are considered to be a key resource for identifying, structuring and executing multi-regional, real estate occupier portfolio transactions upon the Jones Lang LaSalle platform.
Experience
Prior to moving to California, Elias worked for six years on the International Desk in New York City, Houston and Washington, DC. He has expertise in "parachuting" into new markets, standing up agile teams and creating strong culture and clear processes. He also spent five years working in the Latin American corporate offices located in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago, Chile. He was the Chile Office Lead, responsible for operational oversight and value-add projects across the region.
Elias' extensive experience includes transactional work as well as business development and management responsibilities in both Latin America and the United States. He played a key role in employee training initiatives, multi-market research, bilingual client deliverables, office budgeting and revenue forecasting. During his tenure in Latin America, he was also the regional transaction manager for Cisco Systems, Procter & Gamble as well as Philips.
Education and Affiliations
Elias graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, double-majoring in Finance and International Business and minoring in Spanish. He is also fluent in English and Spanish.
