Ed Curtis is a Managing Director for JLL in Seattle, specializing in tenant representation in office lease transactions. Since beginning his commercial real estate career 30 years ago, Ed has grown to be one of the most successful tenant rep advisors in the Pacific Northwest. His attention to detail and personalized approach to the leases he brokers have earned him the longtime loyalty of his many clients.
In 1997, Ed co-founded Washington Partners, a tenant representation firm which quickly grew to represent nearly 50% of all completed office lease transactions in Seattle. As the market evolved, he recognized the importance of broadening Washington Partners' service platform by joining JLL in 2016. Throughout his career, Ed has negotiated some of the largest and most complex office lease transactions in downtown Seattle, including headquarters facilities for Amazon, Tableau Software and Visio Corporation.
When not working on behalf of his clients, Ed enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and two grown sons, as well as giving back to the community through multiple organizations.
