Career Summary
Dylan Merriman is a Vice President within Jones Lang LaSalle Securities’ Structured Finance Group. He has 7 years of experience within the real estate and investment banking industry, bringing a background in real estate development, M&A, corporate credit and fixed income investments.
Dylan specializes on providing structured finance solutions and private capital raising for the construction and/or financing of commercial properties of all asset types. Dylan also provides entity- and portfolio-level valuations, portfolio restructurings, acquisition and disposition advisory services, as well as serves as a structuring and placement agent for lease-backed securitizations through JLLS. To date, Dylan has completed more than $5.0 billion in transaction volume, as well as $3.5 billion in consulting and advisory assignments for various high-profile clients.
Prior to joining JLL, Dylan worked as a Development Associate for Fairmount Properties, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio where he worked with the Development and Acquisition teams on RFPs, market research and capital sourcing.

Dylan received his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and is currently pursuing his master’s in real estate at Georgetown University; he holds the Series 7, 79, 63, and SIE securities licenses in addition to his real estate salesperson license within the State of New York.
