Current responsibilities
Doug Zink serves as Senior Vice President within JLL Value and Risk Advisory, providing quality control review process for real estate appraisals. Appraisal reports reviewed under Mr. Zink’s direction provide an accurate portrayal of a property’s physical and investment characteristics, reflect the most relevant market
data, and are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Experience
Mr. Zink has been an active real estate appraisal since 1983. His appraisal experience includes investment-grade properties including apartment communities, office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, and vacant land. Furthermore, Mr. Zink completed appraisals and appraisal reviews in major markets in the Midwest, Eastern, and the Southern United States.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Zink held a senior position with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services. He resigned from CBRE in July 2017 and relocated to Tucson Arizona where he has been active in the appraisal profession.
