Dominic began his career as an industrial researcher in Sacramento in 2020 and quickly became an expert in industrial real estate data analytics and forecasting. In 2022 he become an associate on a leading industrial brokerage team led by Mike Luca, a 20-year veteran of industrial real estate. In 2024 Dominic and Mike came to JLL to lead industrial for JLL for the Sacramento Region.

Dominic focuses on creating exceptional outcomes for both companies and building owners operating in the industrial real estate space. Dominic specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties and adds value for his clients by thinking from their perspective and utilizing JLL’s services to help them make better business decisions. A focal point of Dominic’s practice is advising JLL clients on site selections, relocations, and expansions within the Sacramento Region. He uses his background in research and reporting to provide best in class analytics to landlords for agency assignments to maximize reach and marketing potential.
Education & Affiliations
Dominic holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University. Dominic is also an active member in the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).
