Current responsibilities:
Dillon Knight is an Associate in JLL’s Orange County office with the Tenant Representation group. He specializes in start-to-finish lease representation, as well as portfolio strategy, transaction management, site selection, and comprehensive financial analysis. Such services include strategic real estate planning, transaction implementation and account operations development, as well as determining the financial, analytical, and operational impacts of real estate.
Experience:
During his professional career, Dillon has previously held roles as Research Analyst and Senior Transaction Analyst for JLL in Orange County. He began his real estate career in 2014 JLL as a research analyst for the Orange County market. In 2016, he began performing transaction management and financial analysis for UnitedHealth Group, facilitating over 2 million square feet of transactions nationally.
Education and affiliations:
Dillon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Chapman University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
