Devin Kopas serves as a Tenant Representation Specialist at JLL, focused on tenant advisory services within the Office & Flex markets. Devin works with national, regional and local corporate occupiers of office space to develop and implement occupancy strategies relating to real estate lease and purchase negotiations. Devin is an extremely hard worker and is very passionate about discovering how his clients build and scale their enterprises and the value it brings to the state and regional economies and communities.
Prior to joining the JLL Team in Portland, Devin worked as a Financial/Research Analyst for a Global Commercial Real Estate firm and within Major League Baseball in the San Diego Padres front office. Devin is originally from San Diego and attended University of Portland where he competed as a Division 1 athlete for the University’s baseball team.
Given Devin’s background within the Commercial Real Estate and Sports industries, Devin understands the value of culture, operations, objectives and goals, allowing him to better and more appropriately advise his clients on growth and real estate strategies.
In addition to his real estate career, Devin Co-Founded a start-up company called Middle Man Technology.
