Dennis McConnell is an Executive Vice President for JLL’s New Jersey office markets group. His responsibilities cover strategic oversight of client portfolios and lease transactions, including landlord agency leasing and tenant representation.
Prior to joining JLL, Dennis was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey for over 20 years. Throughout his career, Dennis has managed account teams for such clients as Sprint, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare and Reed Elsevier where he was responsible for the coordination and implementation of real estate transactions throughout the United States.
Dennis entered New York University in 1981 and graduated Spring 1983, taking supplemental night classes at Montclair State University. He has furthered his education by attending courses at New York University Real Estate School. Dennis has devoted his outside efforts to fundraising for the Raritan Headwaters Association, an organization devoted to protecting the headwaters of the north and south branches of the Raritan River.
