The Client is currently negotiating with several well-capitalized potential equity partners introduced to them by the JLL Strategic Advisory Team. The estimated portfolio value is $360 Million.

Engaged by the majority partner in a seniors housing community that included independent living co-op, assisted living, and memory care units to evaluate various exit strategies, including converting the co-op units to Type C (fee-for-service) CCRC contracts.
