Deborah Street recently joined JLL Valuation Advisory to lead a new national advisory and investment transaction services practice servicing multiple property types, with a focus on seniors housing. Services include on-demand underwriting, strategic planning, transaction structure/return analysis, transaction management, due diligence for potential investment and development opportunities, and ongoing asset management services and special strategic projects.
Most recently, Ms. Street was a part of CBRE's National Seniors Housing Capital Markets team. Over the last 12 years, she completed nearly $7 billion in transactions nationwide. Before working in the seniors housing industry, she spent five years as a Vice President of Asset Management and Operations with a public REIT focused on traditional CRE.

- She is an active member of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing (NIC) and the American Seniors Housing Association (AHSA) and is a licensed California real estate salesperson
As an advisor on a portfolio recapitalization plan identified opportunities for significant NOI growth through asset repositioning, expansion, and development. The Client is currently in negotiations with several well-capitalized potential equity partners introduced to them by the JLL Strategic Advisory Team. The estimated portfolio value is $360 Million.
Engaged to determine the Highest and Best Uses for a dozen sites located adjacent to three hospital campuses in California. Executed certain aspects of the assignment directly and served as the quarterback on other elements as various uses were identified, bringing in expertise from the appropriate JLL capital market teams as necessary. Prepared seniors housing underwriting pro forma from completion through stabilization for board presentation and review.
Provided advisory services specific to a proposed luxury LGBTQ seniors housing development in Palm Springs, California. Assessed current and forecasted supply and demand conditions and provided detailed recommendations specific to the most optimal product/care type, unit/bed mix, and amenity package, as well as determining achievable rental rates. Prepared detailed underwriting from conception through stabilization.
