David Wood serves primarily as a tenant rep for office property clients, and as an internal referral source for fellow JLL associates. He began with Harry K. Moore Co. in 1980 as an Industrial broker, then transferred to retail brokerage for a few years before moving to office brokerage twenty-five years ago.
David is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has a Dual Industrial and Office designation. He received several industry recognitions over the years with Harry K. Moore and its previous successor affiliates, Colliers and Cassidy Turley.
David is a native Louisvillian and a graduate of Yale University. He has a special interest in giving back to his Louisville community via Board representation and fundraising on behalf of major non-profit and healthcare organizations.
Family is very important to David, as is his great interest in and appreciation of music -particularly country, bluegrass and jug band music.
