David joined JLL in February 2017 as a member of the Integrated Portfolio Services team. David and his team advise and transact on behalf of occupiers of corporate real estate – locally, nationally, and globally.
With over 20 years of professional services experience, David came to JLL from Colliers International where he was a key member of the Occupier Services Group. David brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience to his clients together with an in-depth knowledge of current workplace trends. He is recognized for employing a highly analytical approach to corporate real estate strategy and is known to be skilled in designing and executing on innovative solutions that align real estate with the underlying organizational objectives. While working on behalf of his clients, David has successfully completed over 300 transactions with a total market value in excess of $400,000,000.
David graduated from Indiana University Kelly School of Business with a BS in Business Management/Management Information Systems. His designations include SIOR, Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) through CoreNet Global, LEED Accredited Professional, Institute of Real Estate Management Investment Real Estate Financing and Valuation and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He currently serves as Pittsburgh’s Chapter President for CoreNet Global and is a member of the United States Green Building Council, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Young Professionals in Energy (YPE).
David is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh, Class XXX, he is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh, and he serves on the executive committee of the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden.
