Responsibilities:
David Stoudt, a Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle's Mid-Atlantic brokerage group, has 26 years (22 years with Jones Lang LaSalle) of commercial real estate experience in negotiating sale/lease transactions and development/construction management. Mr. Stoudt represents owner/developers in commercial office leasing transactions and land/building acquisitions, and has wide variety of real estate experience including mixed use, data center, SCIF, retail, industrial, law firm, government, medical, and land transactions. Mr. Stoudt negotiates the most advantageous terms and conditions for his clients by understanding the needs of his clients and the prospective tenants, evaluating the alternatives, and promoting the relevant advantages. Experience:
- Carlyle Gateway I and II: Currently represent Grosvenor in the leasing of the 250,000 s.f. set of Class A buildings in Alexandria. Represented Cousins Properties on the original lease up.
- 800 Corporate Drive: Currently represent JMC Holdings in the leasing of 136,000 s.f. Class A building in Stafford, VA.
- Belvoir & Loisdale Business Centers: Currently represent Scannell Properties in the leasing of a build-to-suit 300,000 s.f. office complex in Lorton, VA and a 132,000 s.f build-to-suit office complex in Springfield, VA.
- Springfield Office Center: Currently represent Atlantic Realty in the leasing of 137,000 s.f. the recently renovated office tower in Springfield, VA.
- Carlyle Center & Carlyle Place: Represented Common Fund Realty in the lease up of the 310,000 s.f. set of Class A buildings in Alexandria.
- 5911 & 5971 Kingstowne Village Parkway: Represented The Halle Companies in the leasing of a Class A multi office building development in Alexandria, VA, completing the original lease up of a 150,000 s.f. office tower.
- Boston Properties: Represented Boston Properties in the acquisition of a $134 million office/retail complex in Kingstowne. Represented Boston Properties on the leasing of the 300,000 s.f. of office portion in Kingstowne.
Prior Professional Experience Education:
Mr. Stoudt began his commercial real estate career at Amerimar Realty, a premier developer, where he managed the construction of a $120 million mixed-use high-rise facility in center city Philadelphia. The build-out included complex structural, mechanical and electrical systems designed to service multiple type users.

Mr. Stoudt received a B.S. in business administration from the University of Delaware.
