Current Responsibilities
David Stecker is the Managing Director in JLL’s Cleveland office, focusing heavily on the industrial real estate sector. Having worked in the industry for 16 years, David has extensive experience in all facets of industrial brokerage including agency assignments, building sales, tenant representation services, site selection and transaction management. As a leader of the industrial brokerage services in Cleveland, David has been involved in hundreds of transactions, totaling over $1B in transaction value. This volume has earned him JLL’s Gold Achiever recognition.

David is a graduate of the University of Dayton. He is also passionate about serving his community in his free time. David has sat on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland Bridge Board and is an active participant in the True2U Mentorship program, where he meets with a group of students to identify potential career paths as they enter high school.
