Current responsibilities
David is an associate with the Retail National Agency Leasing team working out of the West Los Angeles office since 2017. David provides leasing support for the $180M redevelopment of the Manhattan Village Mall in Manhattan Beach, CA. His duties include producing detailed financial models and analyses for transactions, such as NPV, IRR and cash flow models; producing rendering and marketing material in Abode Photoshop, Illustrator and Bluebeam; and assisting with leasing proposals and transaction management throughout the lease negotiation process from LOI to execution and billing.
Education
David obtained a degree in Real estate and Finance from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. While in university, he was a two-time national champion with the NYU Ice Hockey team. In his spare time, David enjoys flying airplanes as a licensed Private Pilot, particularly to play golf at courses around the greater Los Angeles area. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).
