Current Responsibilities
Mr. Kleiner is a Managing Director in the New York Office for Jones Lang LaSalle. During his 15 years with the firm, he has focused on agency leasing and tenant representation in both Midtown & Downtown. He specializes in space identification, transaction management, lease negotiation and actively monitors research data that includes available spaces and recently completed transactions in all major Midtown locations.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Kleiner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College. Mr. Kleiner is a licensed real estate broker and member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Plaza District Leasing Committee, & the Building Owners / Agents Committee.
