David Holland is a senior associate within JLL Houston’s Industrial Brokerage team, where he focuses on industrial agency and end-user representation. His client solutions involve: occupancy strategy, strategic development, lease renewal and relocation evaluation, lease negotiation and market research.

Prior to joining JLL in 2018 as an associate, David was a financial analyst with Stream Realty Partners. His core responsibilities included project leasing, market research and analysis, and underwriting principal transactions for industrial and office acquisitions and development.
