Current Responsibilities
David Goldstein is a Senior Managing Director and head of the Northern Virginia Agency Leasing team, a 14 person group focused solely on representing the interests of building owners. The Northern Virginia Agency Leasing team currently services a portfolio of approximately 24 million square feet comprised of new construction, existing Class A & Class B properties as well as office portfolio assignments. David specializes in providing clients with strategic planning, due diligence as well as acquisition and disposition underwriting assistance.
Experience
David has been providing advisory services to building owners since he joined JLL in 1996. During that time David has advised clients in some of the most significant lease transactions in Old Town Alexandria, the Rosslyn/Ballston Corridor, Tysons, Fairfax Center and the Dulles Toll Road.

David graduated with honors from James Madison University. David is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS (GWCAR) as well as a licensed salesperson in Virginia.
