Dave began his real estate career in 2004 and has been specializing in Retail for almost 17 years. He prides himself on taking the time to dig in deep with clients to really understand their needs and create a game plan to exceed their expectations. Dave still works on the first listing he ever landed, over 16 years ago, which is a testament to the long-lasting relationships he has built with his clients.
Dave has completed over 750 retail transactions in his career, ranging from complex acquisitions of redevelopment projects to a Northern California rollout of At Home stores (88,000 SF each) and everything in between. He is fascinated with all aspects of retail real estate and prides himself on providing his clients with the data and knowledge to create maximum value and achieve their goals.
Dave is married to his college sweetheart and has 3 beautiful daughters who keep him very busy when he is not focused on real estate.
