Current Responsibilities
Daniel Ma is an integral partner within JLL’s Retail Tenant Representation Team, leading clients to fulfil their real estate needs through compelling data, thoughtful strategies, and efficient execution within the everchanging world of commercial retail real estate. He prides himself as the best tour guide in the west, implementing a cutting-edge approach through the utilization of proprietary technology and local market knowledge to discover site opportunities while carefully presenting a variety of tactics to achieve success for clients.
Experience
Daniel has been part of JLL’s Tenant Representation Team since 2014 and has since worked with multiple tenants for full national expansions like Daiso, and regional market extensions for Carvana.
His goal is to establish new, lasting relationships with his clients by delivering services of the highest quality.
Prior to joining WRG, Daniel worked in automotive sales at Internet Brands, a dominant, billion-dollar online media and client firm.
Education and Afflictions
Daniel was raised throughout various neighborhoods in Southern California, making him a nomadic local of numerous trade areas, and has currently planted his home in El Segundo, California.
When Daniel is not in the office advising clients, he may be found volunteering his time by mentoring the youth and serving the community with Churchome.
