Dan has over 40 years of experience in commercial banking and commercial real estate finance as well as investment sales covering a broad range of properties including: data centers, office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and healthcare. These transactions included structured finance, such as joint ventures, equity placement and high leveraged transactions, as well as traditional debt and investment sales.
Since joining JLL in September 2013, Dan and the data center finance team has successfully engaged and closed financing on 12 data centers, which represents over $3 billion in market capitalization. Data center financing is the primary focus of Dan and the data center financing team.
Prior to joining JLL, Dan was Vice President-Originations for The Bank of the Ozarks Real Estate Specialties Group. His duties included sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate loans as well as maintaining relationships with commercial brokerage clients across the country. Dan's previous history also includes 13 years as senior director/managing director of the Dallas office of HFF.
Education and affiliations
Dan graduated from Texas Tech University, receiving his BBA in Finance and Banking. He currently holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License.
