Head of Revenue, Flex by JLL
Cynthia leads the strategy and execution to drive maximum revenue in sales, marketing and operations for Flex by JLL. From setting clear sales objectives that reach our target markets, customer focused operations, experience management and strategic marketing initiatives across all channels, she works closely with Operations, Finance, Design and Project Delivery to ensure target dates, budget and project goals are met. She is responsible for the growth, build and evolvement of U.S. sales, hospitality, and operations teams that are encompassed in JLL’s national portfolio of flexible office products.
Cynthia has over 35 years of extensive experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management. Prior to joining JLL, she was one of the founding members of the hospitality management division of Waterton. She played an integral part in growing the company to 13 assets and ultimately merged with the Waterford Hotel Group in 2019, with a total portfolio of over 50 properties. Her previous roles include Vice President of Sales at CityGate Hospitality, Director of Sales for Crowne Plaza, and Area Director of Sales at Hilton Hotels.

Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from Bradley University. She has served on the board of GBTA, IACC and area Chamber of Commerce and Convention Bureaus.
