As a member of JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team, Cory Schraier is a strategic real estate advisor to various corporate clients, focusing on strategy, finance, transaction and account management, supply chain, location selection, labor analytics and incentives. Cory specializes in managing clients portfolios and ensuring that every transaction is on schedule.
His ability to understand the overall business objectives of his clients, and translate them into real estate cost savings has made him a valuable leader.
Prior to joining JLL, Cory worked at Bradford Allen, a local Chicago real estate firm, as a research analyst and transaction broker. After working at Bradford Allen, Cory joined DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as an Associate in Transaction Advisory specializing in helping his clients utilize their real estate holdings in order to reduce costs and maximize profitability.

Cory received a B.S. in Management and Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University.
