Current responsibilities
Connor Ott is a Vice President on the Industrial and Tenant Representation Team in JLL’s Minneapolis Office. Connor’s responsibilities include new business development, leasing, disposition, corporate solutions and brokering transactions.
Experience
Connor has been a member of the JLL team since the beginning of 2018. Prior to joining JLL, Connor spent over four years as an Associate with Paramount Real Estate Corporation representing Landlord and Tenants. He was responsible for negotiating and facilitating complex lease and sale transactions.
Selected Client Experience
- United Properties: Completed over 136,000 SF of new leasing within 10 months for a new construction project in St. Paul, MN
- Alarm Products Distributors: Worked to achieve top pricing on their building sale while helping them secure a new building for their growth.
- Innovative Chemical Products: Successfully renegotiated lease terms, saving the client over a half million dollars in net rent
- Pharmaganics: Worked with Pharmaganics to secure two facilities for their growth strategy
Education and affiliations
Connor graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2013 with a Bachelor or Arts in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Connor is also involved with MNCAR, NAIOP and CCIM.
