Current responsibilities
Cody plays a strategic role in identifying prospects, tracking market developments, reviewing leases and conducting financial analyses. Cody provides his clients with insight into the economic impact occupancy scenarios can have on their bottom line, allowing them to make the most informed real estate decision.
Experience
Before joining JLL, Cody was a Landman at Harrigan Energy Partners, where he negotiated acquisition and divestiture of mineral rights with both individuals and businesses; created and analyzed cash flow models to determine the viability of assets and value of investments; reviewed leases, deeds, assignments and other oil and gas contracts. Before Harrigan, he was a Loan Originator and Transaction Coordinator at Entrust Financial Corporation in Dallas for four years.
