Current Responsibilities:
Mr. Rounsfull is a Managing Director for the Project and Development Services group within JLL's Pittsburgh office. The focus of his role is to lead the PDS team with delivering superior owner's agent services to our clients. The owner's agent service delivery mostly consists of leading all procurement activities including design, engineering, construction, due diligence analysis, move services and decomissioning services. This year, Mr. Rounsfull has also led several major office tenant improvement projects as well as a few design build ground up projects.
Since joining JLL in 2011, Mr. Rounsfull has successfully completed a diverse group of projects with many different project delivery methods. Some of the clients he has worked with over the years include the following: SAP, Amazon, Lubrizol, Alorica, Iron Mountain, General Motors, Cabot Oil & Gas, Ernst & Young, Rex Energy, ERM, NVR, Axiall, Under Armour, Comcast and HIGHMARK.
Experience:
Mr. Rounsfull has a broad background of construction and site development experience which includes new ground-up office buildings, industrial projects, tenant improvement projects, renovation projects, retail stores, strip malls, car dealerships, residential/mixed use projects and restaurants.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Rounsfull was a Project Manager for Rectenwald Brothers Construction, Inc. (RBCI) which specializes in building and remodeling sites and stores for major national and international retailers. While with RBCI, Mr. Rounsfull was responsible for client and vendor service management, procurement of new clients, bidding, project cost control, value engineering, project management, change order management, contract negotiation, on-going contract management, scheduling and building construction through closeout. Mr. Rounsfull also performed extensive owner-agent services managing developers, architect, engineers, and contractors throughout the entire development and construction process while at P.J. Dick.
Education and Affiliations:
Mr. Rounsfull earned a bachelor's degree from Allegheny College. He has membership affiliation with the Retail Contractors Association, the Master Builders Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the U.S. Green Building Council, the Green Building Alliance, and he is a LEED Green Associate.
