Experience
Cleita came to JLL in 2017 through the acquisition of Urbis Partners, where she was a Principal and co-owner since 2005. Prior to Urbis Partners, she held the position of Senior Vice President with the Trammell Crow Company from 1998. Cleita went into brokerage after a successful career as a REO Commercial Asset Manager with a Seattle regional bank.
Cleita has built a service platform to deliver the highest real estate services to her clients and represents new office developments and major projects in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound.
