Current responsibilities:

Clay Cassidy serves as Senior Vice President in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Office of JLL Valuation Advisory. Mr. Cassidy has over 17 years of commercial appraisal experience in a wide variety of property types, including industrial, office, multi-family, retail, mixed use, special use, institutional, manufactured housing, and eminent domain. He has performed appraisals in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, New York and Ohio.


Prior to joining JLL, Clay was a Senior Valuation Specialist, Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services Director, Integra Realty Resources Senior Appraiser, West Penn Appraisers.


Bachelor of Art in Business Administration, Strayer University
