Current Responsibilities:
Chuck King has co-responsibility for overseeing all business lines in the San Antonio/South Texas markets. Chuck advises clients on a variety of investment and corporate real estate matters, including: strategic planning, land sales, new development, acquisitions and dispositions. Chuck is also responsible for leasing and marketing office and industrial buildings within the company’s portfolio and new business development.
Experience:
Chuck King has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in agency leasing, tenant representation, investment advisory and dispositions for office and industrial buildings in the San Antonio and South Texas markets.
Education and Affiliations:
Chuck is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA in Finance, is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is a member of the following organizations:
