Current responsibilities
Christine Bower has been active in the Chicago real estate industry for twelve years. A native to Chicagoland, Ms. Bower excels as an expert in the market structuring deals on some of the more unique and often off-market spaces for her clients. She also utilizes her analytical skills to promote strategy and cost savings and her detailed personalized service to drive corporate efficiency and identity.
Experience
Ms. Bower has been with JLL since 2009. As part of the tenant representation practice group, Christine led Twitter in their first Midwest office search in 2010 and then helped Twitter again in 2014 in their relocation to 111 North Canal Street. Christine was on the team that led an early termination strategy for investment banking firm, Harris Associates' relocation from 2 North LaSalle Street to a sub-sublease at trophy-asset 111 South Wacker Drive which kept costs similar to their existing Class B building but enhanced their image and ability to collaborate between practice groups. Prior to joining JLL's Tenant Representation, Christine worked as part of JLL's Agency Leasing practice group with institutional clients JP Morgan Asset Management, Behringer Harvard, Piedmont Office Realty Trust (Aon Center), Ohio State Teachers Retirement Association, and Mesirow Financial.
Her ability to understand the ramifications from both the landlord and the tenant's side stems from her college internship years 1999-2003 at Levenfeld Pearstein law and enables her to devise creative and efficient real estate solutions for clients. To Ms. Bower, the best interest of the client is always a top priority.

Ms. Bower is a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for The Executives' Club of Chicago. She is also a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and a Wish Granter for The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois. A licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker, Ms. Bower is active in the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Association (DREAA). She enjoys running in different races around the world and still holds the record for the youngest female Chicago marathon finisher from Park Ridge, Illinois.
