Christian, an investment sales broker with Jones Lang LaSalle with over 11 years of commercial real estate experience, has been involved in the successful sales efforts of more than 30 transactions with a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Christian’s experience includes investment sales with both institutional and private clients with extensive experience in multifamily, office, industrial and land assets.
In addition to his experience in investment sales, Christian has leasing experience as both a landlord and tenant representative, primarily within the creative media and entertainment related industries.
Christian prides himself in his proactive and creative marketing approach, responsiveness, persistence, and her excellent relationship with the brokerage community. A sampling of his client list includes the CIM Group, IDS Real Estate Group, LA Philharmonic, Urban Offerings, Red Car Properties, and Harridge Development Group.
Christian earned his MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. He is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
