Mr. Wagner worked in the financial consulting industry in Atlanta for four years specializing in fair market valuations for privately held companies along with merger and acquisition negotiations. As a native Atlantan, he benefits from his years of experience living and working in and around the Atlanta area to support his extensive knowledge of the market.
