Chris Wadley is a Managing Director at JLL Houston and leads the Gulf Coast Region for Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher Education practices. Chris oversees the growth of the practices, including real estate transaction management, analytics, and construction management for hospitals, healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and academic institutions. Leveraging his knowledge of the intricacies of these specialized real estate types, Chris provides his clients with skillful expertise in guiding them through all facets of any real estate transaction.
