Chris is based in South Florida, and specializes in advising firms as they develop and implement their operational strategy.
Experience
Chris’ expertise and experience includes site selection & location intelligence, lease negotiations & structuring, acquisitions & dispositions, business & economic incentives procurement, and infrastructure & transportation adjacent real estate solutions. Chris joined JLL in 2015 as a Financial Analyst, providing clients a detailed understanding of the financial impacts of their real estate decisions by building discounted cash flow models and designing dynamic financial data dashboards. Chris has worked with a broad range of clients during his time at JLL, including Fortune 500 corporations, professional services firms,, universities, and public-sector users. As a member of JLL’s Global Energy and Mobility Practice Group, Energy and Renewables Advisory Council and Aviation Practice Group, Chris has represented many of the leading firms shaping the future of transportation through the electrification of travel.
Prior to joining JLL, Chris was a Senior Consultant with Ryan, one of the nation’s largest tax & accounting advisory firms. Chris provided property & portfolio valuation and property tax appeal support. He also advised clients on their tax liability exposure during the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate assets.
Chris began his career as a Senior Associate in the research department at CoStar Group, the nation’s leading provider of commercial real estate data, forecasting and analytics.
Education and Affiliations
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from American University in Washington, DC, with specializations in Finance & Marketing. Chris is a registered Fitwel Ambassador, helping clients quantify the ‘S’ in ESG reporting. Fitwel is the world’s leading healthy building certification system.
