With a decade of real estate brokerage, consulting, research, and financial analysis experience, Chris offers clients a unique blend of analytical and market research knowledge.
Chris is a Vice President on JLL’s Washington, DC tenant representation practice. His role includes providing clients market trends & data, as well as negotiation and transaction advisory services. Chris joined JLL’s Mid-Atlantic team as a Financial Analyst, providing clients a thorough understanding of the financial impacts of their real estate decisions by building cash flow models and designing dynamic financial data dashboards. Chris has worked with a broad range of clients during his time at JLL, including Fortune 500 corporations, law firms, non-profits, trade associations, universities, and public-sector users.
Prior to joining JLL, Chris was a Senior Consultant with Ryan, one of the nation’s largest tax & accounting advisory firms. At Ryan, he was responsible for property & portfolio valuation and asset budget forecasts. His experience includes property tax appeal work, as well as advising clients during the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real estate assets.
Chris began his career as an Associate in the research department at CoStar Group, the nation’s leading provider of commercial real estate data, forecasting and analytics.
Education and Affiliations
Chris holds a BS in Business Administration from American University, with specializations in Finance & Marketing. Chris is a Fitwel Ambassador, positively impacting community health through the design and operation of real estate assets. He has sat on the Taxes & Impositions Committee of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and took part in DCBIA Leaders in Development.
