Chris Stout

Current Responsibilities

 

Chris is a Senior Vice President within the D/FW Brokerage team with over 18 years of experience. Since joining JLL he has earned the distinguished Top Producer and Gold achiever awards in 2016, 2018 and 2019. He focuses on leasing and sales of office / warehouse properties for local and national clients. Chris specializes in supply chain and logistics, his eagerness to understand the client’s supply chain and operations allow him to deliver the most aggressive/ cost cutting opportunities. Chris’ industries of expertise are inclusive of such industries as 3PL’s, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Electronics, High Tech and Manufacturing.

 

Experience

 

Prior to joining JLL, Chris was a Vice President for Transwestern’s Central region, focusing on both tenant representation and agency leasing for his institutional clients. During his tenure with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services he was recognized as a top producer in 2009 and 2010. He was formerly director of corporate services for Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group’s industrial division, where he developed and organized the northeast Dallas division for the company. Chris completes on average 40-45 transactions annually and has completed transactions exceeding 750,000 square feet.

 

Education and Affiliations

 

Chris received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University. Chris is a licensed salesperson with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and the Council of Supply Chain and Management Professionals (CSCMP). When not negotiating real estate transactions, you can find Chris cheering his two sons on playing baseball, football basketball and golf. He is a passionate outdoorsman, and shares that love with his boys and wife Kelly at their place in Oklahoma.
