Chris Schultz is part of the JLL Denver Logistics and Industrial Services team, specializing in negotiating business terms for leasing, disposition and acquisition transactions of industrial real estate assets. Chris brings an in-depth logistics and supply chain perspective to identify long-term value for his clients, representing groups ranging from 5,000 SF to 1,000,000 SF.
His responsibilities include marketing, portfolio management, strategy implementation, financial analysis and lease negotiations.
Experience:
Chris has been with JLL for 5 years. Prior to joining JLL, he worked at UPS in Operations Management and as an Industrial Engineer, developing and implementing work measurement to facilitate process improvements and optimize operating conditions. Furthermore, he provided guidance, support, and training to division and business managers to enhance cost and service operating strategies. Additional project management responsibilities included operational and economic forecasting and analysis.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College
