Current Responsibilities
Chris Ross is co-director of JLL San Diego’s Healthcare Practice Group, a brokerage team that has been specializing exclusively in healthcare real estate leasing and sales since 1991. He has helped his clients execute over 750 transactions valued in excess of $1.2 billion. His experience includes leasing, owner-user sales, investment sales, land sales and development advisory. Chris prides himself on taking a holistic approach to the guidance he provides to his clients, with strong attention to detail and acting as an extension of his clients’ organizations.
Experience
Chris joined JLL in 2013. Prior to that time, Mr. Ross worked in healthcare real estate brokerage at Colliers International for 9 years.
Education
Chris graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, one of the top engineering schools in the country. He graduated “With Distinction” as one of the top in his class. He went on to receive his M.A. in Business Economics.
Recognitions & Interests
While at JLL, Chris has consistently earned Top Achievers awards and is very involved with JLL’s national Healthcare Advisory Council. He is a member of NAIOP, where he has held various leadership positions. Chris is also an avid youth sports coach and enjoys being active and spending time with his wife and three children.
